  • Online courses, training, and consultancy packages

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase or service initiation. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund. Services must not have been fully accessed or delivered beyond trial/demo limits to be eligible.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed digital marketing campaigns once execution has started

  • Online courses or digital training materials after access is granted

  • AI tools, templates, or proprietary software that have been downloaded or accessed

  • Consultancy sessions or strategy calls that have been delivered

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases:

  • Services partially delivered but not fully executed

  • Errors caused by Digital Ganesh where partial correction is possible

  • Early termination of a subscription or service package before usage

Refund Process

  2. Provide your purchase details, invoice, and reason for the request.

  3. Our team will review your request and notify you within 3–5 business days regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

  • Service subscriptions or ongoing campaigns can be canceled at any time.

  • Refunds depend on service usage — any fees for services already executed or campaigns run will be non-refundable.

Service Guarantee

  • We ensure professional, high-quality execution for all services, including AI-powered campaigns, SEO, and consultancy.

  • While we cannot guarantee specific results (like leads, sales, or traffic), we commit to delivering data-driven strategies aligned with industry best practices.

Important Disclaimer

  • Refunds do not cover third-party advertising costs, ad spend, or campaign budgets.

  • Digital Ganesh reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion.
